Pointy Cannas

Canna lilies (yellow flower) leaves look especially pointy. All frost-bitten leaves have been overgrown by the fresh healthy ones. This row (around the perimeter of vegetable garden) was a single row of cannas last year. One canna rhizome every 1 foot / 30 cm. In less than a year one rhizome multiplied and the row thickened as in this picture.
