The First Hibiscus Bloom

The first hardy hibiscus bloom comes from a small young plant bought this year in a 4-in pot. Five 4-in pots of hibiscus were bought this year. Two of them are to replace last year's plants that didn't make it this spring. It's amazing how they grow and produce flowers so fast. The plants are small and has only one main stem, the flower is big it looks out of proportion.
