The colors of gladiolus blooms.
These particular blooms are under a life support system, i.e. soaked in a bucket full of water. We found the two 3.2-feet/1-m tall stalks full of flower buds broke. We have been so excited to see the blooms thus were very disappointed. My husband took the stalks and put them in a bucket full of water and sure enough they bloomed two days later.
